Louisiana's second oldest annual international juried film festival, Cinema on the Bayou will be held on January 22-29, 2025, and will screen more than 150 films, including narrative, documentary, animated and experimental films, with filmmakers in attendance from across the U.S. and Canada and from around the world.

An All-Access Pass provides one person with access to all film screenings and public events, including the opening night film and reception, as well as access to any films that screen virtually.
The Festival will open on Wednesday, January 22nd with the opening night film and reception. Films will be screened each day throughout the 8-day Festival, concluding with the closing night film and reception on Wednesday, January 29th. Also, select films will be available for viewing virtually.
A Schedule of Film Screenings and Events will be announced in late December 2024.
